The supporting framework is made of extruded anodised aluminium and assembled by means of reinforced nylon cornerjoints, to get a strong and rigid structure. The double-skinned panels are internally insulated with a high efficiwncy, mineral wool iinsulation (60Kg/m3 density and more for special purpose), standard panels are in Aluzinc® and are manufatured ither 25mm or 45mm, thick. The panels are assembled into the supporting framework onto neoprene gaskets, and are fixed by means of  "cadmium plated" self drilling screws with nylon bushes. Where units are supplied in sections, they are joined together with high bolts and nuts through the framework structure. Sealing strips are applied to the contact surface to avoid air leakage.

Easily accessible inspection doors are provided to all sections which require routine maintenance and inspection and are fixed with heavy duty aluminium alloy hyngers. Alternative materials for panels are stainless steel (304, 316) or galvanised steel. The framework, combined with the double-skinned panels, offers anextremely strong and rigid structure which can be easily dismantled where "flat-pack" assembly is required.  Upon request also the framework can be amnufactured in AISI 304 and AISI 316 ti achieve the top quality of the marine field. Base frame is always in hit dip galvanised steel with 100 mm or 200 mm height.

Dampers would normally be of the opposed-blade type, constructed from galvanised sheet steel framework and galvanised steel or aluminium blades, running in nylon or brass brushes. To reduce air leakage, damper blades can be fitted with neoprene tip and/or edge seals and for special applications the casing and blades can be manufactured with alternative materials such as stainless steel (304 or 316). All dampers must be installed with the drive shaft in the horizontal position and can be supplied with "BELIMO" actuators suitable of either, "On/Off" or "Proportional" control via a 24/220 volt electrical supply.

Several classes of filtration are avilable and below we listed them with increasing grade of filtration. What shown has to be considered as standard base of filtration, it is obvious that all the type of filters can be used in our units.
